Deal equals around 38% of NAF’s 2024 total revenue

SAUDI ARABIA – NAF for Feed for Industry Company has entered into a supply contract worth US$16.53 million (SAR 62 million) with Riyada Tareta Poultry Company.
The agreement, disclosed in a filing, represents around 38 percent of NAF’s total revenue reported in 2024.
Under the contract, NAF will deliver 36,000 tons of poultry feed each year, including Badi, Nami, and Nahi products for broiler production.
The terms allow for adjustments in quantities based on Riyada Tareta Poultry’s demand, while pricing will be reviewed every 45 days.
The deal was signed on 26 August 2025 and is scheduled to begin on 1 September, with a provision for renewal for another year if both companies agree.
According to NAF, the financial results from this agreement are expected to appear in its third quarter performance for 2025.
The signing comes as NAF continues to face weaker earnings compared with the previous year.
In the first half of 2025, the company recorded a net profit of US$280,000 (SAR 1.05 million), a sharp fall of 84.58 percent from US$1.83 million (SAR 6.86 million) during the same period in 2024.
Revenue for the six months ending 30 June 2025 stood at US$18.09 million (SAR 67.87 million), which is 14.38 percent lower than the US$21.11 million (SAR 79.27 million) achieved a year earlier.
Earnings per share also declined to US$0.15 (SAR 0.55) in the first half of 2025, compared with US$0.91 (SAR 3.43) during the same period in 2024.
The new agreement with Riyada Tareta Poultry is therefore expected to play a significant role in shaping the company’s performance in the remainder of the year.
