INDIA – Takasago International India, a company specialising in flavours, fragrances and aroma ingredients, has launched its new Takasago India Taste Innovation Centre (TITIC) to meet its consumers’ growing demand.
Based in Bengaluru, India, the new facility represents a significant milestone in the company’s continued commitment to the Indian market and demonstrates strong determination to drive innovation and excellence.
TITIC will serve as a key platform to foster deep partnerships with valued customers, act as a hub for flavour and taste innovation that aligns with market expectations, and expand the company’s market reach in this dynamic region.
The Centre will also play an essential role in accelerating the growth trajectory and enhancing its competitive edge in the growing market.

Recently, Takasago International Corporation was awarded the prestigious Partner of the Year Award 2025 as part of Unilever’s Partner to Win program.

Mane expands in USA’s flavour industry
The news comes after Mane, a worldwide producer of fragrance and flavour, has unveiled its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to increase production capacity for liquid flavours in North America by fivefold.
According to the company, the new facility exceeded an investment of US$100 million and will support its growth plans for 20 years. The plant is 100,000 square feet and offers up to 15,000 metric tons of production capability.
The new site strengthens its ability to meet the growing demands of the food and beverage industry while reaffirming its commitment to sustainability.
Designed with efficiency and innovation in mind, the facility allows delivery of high-quality, responsibly sourced flavours to valued clients across the region.
Amy McDonald, President of MANE’s North American Flavor Division, said, “The new Woodlawn facility marks a bold, strategic move aimed at increasing MANE’s market share in the liquid flavors category in North America and gives us a significant competitive edge, especially in the beverage market.”
