Anuga FoodTec India 2025 returns with record scale, global participation, and industry innovations

Over 700 exhibitors, themed halls, live demos, and a major supply summit shape the three-day event

INDIA – Anuga FoodTec India 2025, the region’s biggest trade fair for food and beverage technology, will take place from 20th to 22nd August 2025 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.

Organized by Koelnmesse India, the upcoming edition of Anuga FoodTec India will cover approximately 409,000 square feet (38,000 square meters) of space and is expected to draw over 30,000 professionals from across the industry.

More than 700 companies from India and 28 other countries are taking part, making this year’s event the largest in the fair’s history.

Exhibitors from countries including Germany, the United States, China, France, Japan, Italy, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates will showcase their latest innovations in technology and manufacturing.

These participants will present developments in areas such as processing, packaging, automation, cold chain storage, analytics, and digital systems.

What’s on show: Themed halls, live demos & knowledge forums

For 2025, the show introduces smart hall segmentation to streamline visitor experiences.

Halls 2 & 3 will spotlight Processing Technologies, Automation, Food Safety, and Analytics.

Halls 4 & 5 will focus on Packaging Solutions, Intralogistics, and Cold Chain Storage.

A major attraction will be the Live Demo Factory in Hall 5, where attendees can witness live processing and packaging operations in real time.

Meanwhile, the Expert Zone will host Q&A sessions with top industry figures, enabling in-depth discussions on regulatory trends, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

Highlight events & new launches

A key feature of this year’s edition is the India Food Supply Summit on 21st August, hosted in partnership with Logistics Insider, bringing together stakeholders to address cold chain development, last-mile delivery, and food distribution strategies.

The SIES Workshop, a hands-on certification program led by seasoned experts, will help upskill professionals and young talent in practical food tech operations.

Themed “Transforming Indian F&B Manufacturing: Toward a Smarter, Safer & Greener Future”, the F&B Manufacturing Conference will explore automation, sustainability, and traceability, key pillars shaping the industry’s future.

Adding to the excitement, the show will feature New Product Launches across machinery, packaging, ingredients, and automation technologies, offering visitors a glimpse into the future of food manufacturing.
