Provisur Technologies, IMA to showcase meat processing Innovations at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025

The two companies will exhibit advanced processing and packaging technologies at the Dubai event.

UAE – Provisur® Technologies, a global supplier of industrial food processing systems, will present its latest technologies at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, scheduled to take place from November 4 to 6 in Dubai.

The company plans to display a wide range of solutions under its established brands, covering equipment for mixing and grinding, forming, separation, defrosting, tumbling, slicing, and pressing.

Provisur’s partner brands, recognized for their engineering capabilities, will feature equipment designed to improve productivity and efficiency in industrial food production.

Among the highlights will be the Formax® forming system, which is known for its consistency and performance in shaping various meat and poultry products.

Advancements in Further Processing

In the further processing segment, Provisur will collaborate with its Weiler® and Formax® brands to demonstrate the next generation of mixing, grinding, and forming technologies.

The company will display the Formax® Vertex 660 system, which is designed for large-scale production of burger patties, chicken nuggets, and similar products.

Provisur representatives said the equipment is engineered to enhance throughput while maintaining product uniformity, addressing the growing demand for automation in the food manufacturing sector.

Separation Technology on Display

Provisur will also highlight its range of separation equipment, which aims to maximize protein recovery from poultry, red meat, and fish.

Its STS (soft tissue separation) line includes rotary, belt, and press-based systems, allowing processors to select technology suited to their specific product and texture requirements.

According to the company, this flexibility helps food manufacturers recover high-quality materials while keeping operating costs under control.

Meanwhile, IMA Group confirmed its participation in the same exhibition, where it will present a range of processing, filling, dosing, and packaging technologies for the food industry.

Visitors can meet IMA specialists at Hall 3, Booth S3-D52, to explore the company’s integrated production systems.

IMA serves multiple food categories including tea, coffee, confectionery, dairy, baby food, and bakery products, offering complete turnkey packaging and filling lines.

At the event, IMA will also display new packaging solutions for the tea and coffee sector, supported by the technical expertise of the IMA Coffee Hub.

In addition, IMA FLX HUB companies, including IMA Ilapak, IMA Eurosicma, and IMA Record, will showcase horizontal and vertical flow wrapping systems for various food applications.

IMA Gima will present new packaging concepts for confectionery products, while IMA Benhil and IMA Corazza will introduce processing and packaging systems for butter, margarine, cheese, and bouillon cubes.
