Radico Khaitan launches ‘Magic Moments Flavours of India’ vodka range

New Alphonso Mango and Thandaai vodka variants celebrate Indian flavours as Radico Khaitan crosses 7 million case milestone.

INDIA – Radico Khaitan Limited has introduced a new range of flavoured vodkas under its flagship brand Magic Moments.

The launch of the ‘Flavours of India’ series marks a strategic expansion of the brand’s portfolio, featuring two distinct variants — Alphonso Mango and Thandaai.

The rollout begins in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand, with expansion plans into Assam, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa. A broader national release is also anticipated. The new product line highlights the brand’s commitment to blending traditional Indian tastes with premium spirits.

Magic Moments, already established as India’s largest vodka brand and ranked sixth globally, surpassed 7 million cases sold in FY2025.

The flavoured vodka segment of the brand has grown at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25% over the past five years, while its premium Verve range posted a robust 95% CAGR over the same period.

Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director of Radico Khaitan, emphasised the importance of consumer preferences driving the company’s innovation. “With ‘Flavours of India’, we are not just launching a new product, we are inviting people to rediscover the taste of India,” he said.

Chief Operating Officer Amar Sinha added that the new range pays homage to India’s cultural richness through unique flavour combinations.

The Alphonso Mango variant pairs tropical fruit notes with Magic Moments vodka, while the Thandaai blend features traditional Indian ingredients such as saffron, rose petals, almonds, pistachios, and spices. Both undergo a five-stage filtration process to ensure smoothness and quality.

Founded in 1943, Radico Khaitan operates distilleries in Rampur, Sitapur, and Aurangabad, with a combined capacity of 320 million litres.

The company exports to more than 102 countries and owns a wide-ranging portfolio, including Rampur Indian Single Malt and Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin.

In the quarter ending March 2025, Radico Khaitan recorded a 71% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 92.07 crore (US$11 million), driven by strong demand for its premium alcohol offerings.

Revenue for the quarter rose by 15.16% to Rs 4,485.42 crore (US$528.9 million).

For the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, net profit rose 31.8% to Rs 345.61 crore, while total consolidated income climbed 10.4% to Rs 17,103.38 crore, surpassing the US$2 billion revenue mark.
