Heinz launches four bold mayonnaise-style sauces in Canada

CANADA – HEINZ is broadening its condiment portfolio in Canada with the introduction of four new HEINZ Mayonnaise-Style Sauce flavours: Smoky Bacon, Garlic Parmesan, Mango Habanero, and Pickle. 

This launch is designed to satisfy Canadians’ growing appetite for bold, adventurous flavours. It reflects the country’s enduring love for mayo, which ranks among the top five condiments for nearly two-thirds of Canadians, including three-quarters of residents in Quebec.

With more than half of Canadians saying they need at least two to three sauces with their meals, this new range offers a flavourful and convenient way to enhance everyday dining at home. 

According to Jenna Zylber, Head of Innovation at Kraft Heinz Canada, HEINZ recognizes that Canadians crave delicious and exciting tastes, and the new sauces aim to re-energize the mayo category by giving consumers more irresistible options for dipping, spreading, and pairing with their favorite foods. 

She added that HEINZ, a staple in Canadian kitchens for generations, is proud to expand its lineup with options that are so tasty, “you won’t be able to stop at just one dip.”

While mayonnaise consistently ranks high among condiments, the selection of flavoured mayo products has remained limited, forcing many Canadians to create their own mixes by blending mayo with other sauces like ketchup or hot sauce. 

The new HEINZ Mayonnaise-Style Sauces eliminate the need for these homemade combinations, providing ready-made blends that balance rich, creamy textures with distinctive flavours.

The Smoky Bacon flavour delivers a robust, savoury note perfect for complementing chicken tenders, fries, onion rings, or mozzarella sticks. 

Garlic Parmesan brings together the aromatic richness of garlic with creamy parmesan, creating an ideal pairing for kabobs, fries, potato wedges, samosas, and chicken. 

For those who enjoy a sweet-and-spicy contrast, Mango Habanero combines ripe fruit with a gentle kick of heat, enhancing onion rings, coconut shrimp, and chicken tenders. 

The Pickle flavour adds a tangy twist, pairing exceptionally well with wings, nuggets, and other fried favourites.

These four new additions join the broader HEINZ lineup, which already includes popular varieties such as Mayochup, Sriracha, Garlic, and Real Mayonnaise. 

By offering flavours that are bold, versatile, and ready to use, HEINZ continues to evolve with consumer tastes while reinforcing its long-standing reputation for quality. 

The full range of HEINZ Mayonnaise-Style Sauces is now available nationwide at major retailers across Canada.
