Heather Hoytink will join Hershey on July 8 to lead its US business, bringing more than two decades of commercial and beverage industry leadership experience from PepsiCo.

USA – The Hershey Company has appointed former PepsiCo executive Heather Hoytink as President of its US business, strengthening the confectionery and snacks maker’s commercial leadership as it advances its unified growth strategy across retail, foodservice and emerging channels.
Hoytink will assume the role on July 8, succeeding Andrew Archambault, who departed the company in May to become President and Chief Operating Officer of nutrition, beverage and wellness company Nutrabolt.
Most recently, Hoytink served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for PepsiCo’s US out-of-home beverages business, where she led North America’s beverage and commercialization strategy for the away-from-home channel, partnering with major national customers to drive growth and enhance the consumer experience.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Heather to Hershey,” said Kirk Tanner, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hershey Company. “Her experience leading some of the largest, most complex customer and commercial organizations in the industry makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead our team into the next generation of growth.”
Hoytink brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at PepsiCo, where she held a series of senior commercial, sales and operations roles.
Before becoming Chief Commercial Officer, she served as President of the South Division for PepsiCo Beverages North America, overseeing top-line growth and margin expansion across one of the company’s largest operating regions.
Her previous positions also include Senior Vice President of Commercial and Senior Vice President of Foodservice Sales. She joined PepsiCo in 2006 as a Large Format Business Development Manager after serving as a District Sales Manager at Philip Morris.
In her new position, Hoytink will oversee Hershey’s US commercial operations while advancing the company’s “One Hershey” commercial model across retail, foodservice, omnichannel, digital and emerging sales channels.
Launched in March 2026, the One Hershey strategy integrates the company’s confectionery, salty snacks and protein businesses into a single US commercial structure, building on the broader brand integration strategy unveiled earlier this year.
“I’m excited to join Hershey at such a dynamic moment for the business,” Hoytink said. “Hershey’s iconic brands, strong customer partnerships and talented team create an incredible foundation for growth. I’m energized by building winning teams, investing in people and working closely with customers to unlock new opportunities.”
Earlier this year, Hershey reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 outlook, projecting net sales growth of 4% to 5%, supported in part by its acquisition of better-for-you snack maker LesserEvil, alongside continued growth in earnings per share.
