OKIE Global launches JAM Now to deliver Indian brands faster across UAE

The new platform offers two-to-24-hour delivery for Indian-made products, aiming to speed up cross-border trade and meet growing demand in the Middle East.

INDIA – OKIE Global has introduced JAM Now, a fast delivery platform that promises to connect Indian brands with shoppers in the UAE within two to 24 hours.

This launch marks a major move by the international e-commerce and distribution company, which hopes to meet the rising demand for Indian-made products across the region.

Jitin Masand, Founder and CEO of OKIE Global, is leading this launch. He said, “JAM Now is more than just a fast delivery platform, it’s a bold step toward reshaping how Indian innovation is experienced across borders. Through this initiative, we’re not just delivering products; we’re delivering a piece of India, its craftsmanship, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit, straight to consumers’ doorsteps in the Middle East.”

Serving a market ready for more

The UAE has one of the largest Indian diasporas in the world. With Indians making up about 30 percent of the country’s population, the demand for familiar brands continues to grow.

Products such as fashion, beauty, food, and electronics from India are not only popular with Indian expats but also with other communities, including Emiratis and residents from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.

Masand’s team has built JAM Now with a strong delivery and warehouse network inside the UAE. This includes tech systems designed specifically for the Gulf market. Orders are processed through local hubs to make deliveries faster and more reliable.

This setup helps Indian direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands enter the region quickly, without dealing with complicated logistics.

JAM Now’s catalog features a wide range of Indian products. These include skincare lines like Mamaearth, food labels such as Haldiram’s, and fashion names from India’s growing online retail scene.

The platform also supports onboarding for major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour, giving Indian sellers more visibility.

Next Stop: Saudi Arabia

Plans are already in motion to take JAM Now into Saudi Arabia. This move could give Indian brands access to another large market in the Gulf. Masand confirmed the company is building the systems needed to support deliveries in the kingdom.

“Saudi Arabia is a key market in our expansion. We are building the same local warehousing and tech setup there to match what we’ve done in the UAE,” Masand explained.

The JAM Now platform benefits from OKIE Global’s wider experience in consumer electronics, e-commerce support, and cross-border trade.

It offers Indian brands everything from warehousing and order handling to platform listing and customer service tailored to the region.

Indian brands find a strong footing

More Indian companies are looking outward, and the Gulf offers an ideal mix of purchasing power, cultural closeness, and easy business rules.

Names like Nykaa, Tata Motors, and Malabar Gold already have a strong presence in the market. Cafés like Blue Tokai are also drawing attention from both nostalgic expats and new local fans.

With JAM Now, OKIE Global aims to help more Indian brands move faster and sell smarter across borders.

“The demand for Indian brands in the UAE is booming,” said Masand. “JAM Now is tapping into a market that’s both emotionally connected and commercially ripe.”
