Pepper Palace launches nationwide franchise program

The program offers opportunities for both single-unit and multi-unit ownership.

U.S.A – Pepper Palace, the specialty retailer known for its fiery hot sauces and bold seasonings, has announced the launch of a new franchise program designed to expand its footprint across the United States and strengthen its presence in key regional markets.

Founded in 1989, the company has expanded to over 80 locations across 34 states. Pepper Palace has built its reputation on both an extensive lineup of sauces, salsas, rubs, and seasonings as well as the interactive, hands-on shopping experience it offers. 

Customers are encouraged to sample products in-store, making each visit a flavorful adventure, as described by the brand.

With the new franchise program, Pepper Palace is opening its doors to entrepreneurs looking to join a growing segment of the specialty food market. 

The program offers opportunities for both single-unit and multi-unit ownership, with 20 existing tourist-district stores set to transition into franchise locations. 

Franchise owners will receive training, operational support, and access to the company’s vertically integrated supply chain, which has been refined over more than three decades.

Headquartered in Sevierville, Tennessee, Pepper Palace has become a staple in both local shopping districts and tourist destinations across North America. 

Its products are also available online, where the brand has cultivated a loyal following of “Chiliheads” fans who seek out the brand’s hottest and most unique creations.
