SLMG Beverages crosses US$886.82M revenue in 2025, targets US$1.1B with capacity expansion

Coca-Cola bottler SLMG Beverages plans new manufacturing investments to sustain growth momentum into 2026.

INDIA – SLMG Beverages has ended 2025 on a strong performance, crossing the Rs 8,000 crore (US$886.82M) revenue milestone and reinforcing its position as one of India’s largest independent bottlers of Coca-Cola.

The company said steady demand across beverage categories and a resilient operating model have underpinned its growth, with momentum expected to continue into 2026.

Backed by expanding volumes and operational scale, SLMG Beverages has set a clear revenue target of surpassing Rs 10,000 crore (US$1.1B).

The company attributed its performance to the phased expansion of manufacturing capacity and the steady strengthening of its distribution network across key markets.

As volumes rise, SLMG Beverages is assessing further investments to enhance production efficiency and logistics readiness, particularly during peak summer demand. Among the major initiatives under consideration is a large integrated manufacturing facility spanning nearly 70 acres.

The project remains at the planning stage and is aimed at supporting long-term growth rather than meeting immediate capacity needs, with a formal announcement expected later in February.

SLMG Beverages currently operates eight bottling plants—seven in Uttar Pradesh and one in Bihar—equipped with high levels of automation and multiple product lines. This manufacturing footprint allows the company to manage seasonal demand fluctuations while maintaining consistent quality and output across its portfolio.

Paritosh Ladhani, Joint Managing Director, said the milestone reflects years of disciplined execution.

“Crossing the Rs 8,000 crore mark is a watershed moment for us. As the business grows to take the next leap, our focus pivots on ensuring that our systems, processes, and teams are equipped to handle higher volumes over the long term – something that SLMG Beverages is acclaimed for,” he said.

The company recently highlighted its flagship bottling facility at Trishundi in Amethi, near Lucknow. Spread across approximately 35 acres, the site is the largest Coca-Cola bottling plant in Southwest Asia and accounts for nearly 25% of SLMG Beverages’ total production.

Commissioned about a year ago, the Trishundi facility houses eight production lines and manufactures brands including Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Sprite, Fanta, Limca, Maaza, Minute Maid and Kinley.

It produces packaged drinking water, carbonated soft drinks, juices, cans and hot-fill products at a single location.

The plant has a capacity of around 4,600 bottles per minute, with average daily output of 2.5 lakh cases, rising to nearly 3 lakh cases during peak season. During high-demand periods, about 300 truckloads are dispatched daily.

Looking ahead, SLMG Beverages confirmed progress on a major greenfield project covering around 70 acres in Buxar, Bihar.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is expected to become operational between January and February 2026, strengthening production and distribution in eastern India.

The company also acknowledged Invest UP, under the leadership of Vijay Kiran Anand, for supporting ease and speed of doing business through proactive facilitation and coordinated clearances.
