Nestlé and Platinum Equity will establish Peranel, a dedicated global water and premium beverages company spanning more than 30 brands sold across 120 countries.

Raízen has agreed to sell its Caarapó sugar and ethanol mill to Adecoagro, advancing its asset divestment strategy to reduce debt and simplify operations.

The partnership will see Cranswick become the company’s long term manufacturing partner while The Jolly Hog continues operating independently.

Funding will support export promotion, trade advocacy and international market development.

The initiative is intended to narrow the price gap between livestock producers north and south of the veterinary cordon fence.
