India’s Aquatein unveils new look, expanded functional beverage range

The brand aims to solidify its presence as a leading name in health and wellness-focused beverages.

INDIA – Aquatein, an Indian protein water brand, has announced a full-scale rebranding initiative, featuring a revamped visual identity and an expanded product range, marking a pivotal shift in its journey within the functional nutrition and hydration space.

The brand aims to solidify its presence as a leading name in health and wellness-focused beverages.

The renewed identity features a well-curated color palette comprising 65% blue, reflecting the core theme of hydration, 20% orange, symbolizing energy and revitalization, 12% white denoting simplicity and convenience, and 8% black, representing the strength and boldness of Aquatein’s formulations.

The centralized ‘Q’ logo, designed with a circle and arrow, signifies a shift from hydration to energy, with a subtle wave denoting water. The ‘Q’ also stands for ‘quest’, an acknowledgement to quenching thirst and the drive for personal achievement.

Aquatein has placed a strong emphasis on product design, optimizing bottle ergonomics and aligning its visual language with global trends to enhance appeal in international markets.

“This rebranding marks a significant milestone for Aquatein as we evolve to meet the needs of our increasingly health-conscious consumers. We’ve listened to our customers and are excited to introduce a revitalized brand that embodies our core values of providing convenient, clean, and effective hydration solutions,” stated Mitisha Mehta, Co-founder, Aquatein.

Aquatein’s current lineup includes its flagship Protein Water, available in 10g and 21g total protein variants. It boasts being sugar-, fat-, and carb-free, hormone-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, and 100% vegetarian, with 100% whey concentrate used.

The line also features a growing suite of functional drinks, including Electrolyte Water, which replenishes essential minerals lost through physical activity; Vitamin Water, packed with vital nutrients to support daily health; and Amino Water, designed to aid muscle recovery and enhance performance.

The brand also announced that several new products are in the pipeline, scheduled for release in the second half of 2025.

“We believe that hydration should be more than just quenching your thirst; it should be an opportunity to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive. With our rebranded identity and expanded product line, we’re excited to empower more people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives,” shared Ananth Prabhala, Co-founder of Aquatein.

With a brand ethos rooted in lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness, Aquatein positions itself as an approachable yet dynamic choice for today’s proactive consumers.

Launched in 2019, Aquatein currently exports to five countries and is actively exploring opportunities to set up additional manufacturing units abroad.
