Plant-based nutrition brand Ka’Chava launches first new flavor in three years

The new flavor combines nostalgic taste with over 85 plant-based superfoods, 25g protein, probiotics, and adaptogens for complete, convenient nutrition.

U.S.A. – Ka’Chava, a plant-based meal shake company, debuts a strawberry meal shake, adding its most requested flavor to a nutrient-rich lineup designed for energy, immunity, and wellness, with no soy, gluten, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives.

It is designed to combine nostalgic taste with balanced, whole-food nutrition, evoking the classic flavor of childhood strawberry milkshakes while delivering a complete meal replacement.

Like Ka’Chava’s other offerings, it is formulated with over 85 superfoods, plant-based nutrients, and functional ingredients to support energy, digestion, immunity, cognition, and overall wellness.

Each serving provides 25 grams of plant-based protein sourced from yellow pea, organic sacha inchi, brown rice, organic amaranth, organic quinoa, oat milk, and coconut milk. The shake also delivers six grams of fiber and 26 essential vitamins and minerals.

Its freeze-dried organic strawberries add natural sweetness and color, while functional mushrooms such as reishi and cordyceps, along with adaptogens like maca root and nutrient-dense botanicals such as camu camu and chicory root fiber, further boost its nutritional profile.

Ka’Chava has built a strong following in the US for its vegan, gluten-free shakes, which are free from soy, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.

The brand markets its products as “all-in-one meal shakes,” catering to busy consumers seeking convenient but nutrient-rich options in an increasingly competitive plant-based food and beverage space.

Analysts note that global demand for functional nutrition products is projected to grow steadily as consumers prioritize preventive health and cleaner labels.

Louise Todd, president of Ka’Chava, said: “We’re thrilled to launch our most requested flavor, strawberry. With strawberry joining our top-selling chocolate and vanilla, we’ve perfected the trio of classic flavors our customers love, offering a truly complete meal to help them feel their best.”

The launch comes amid growing demand for functional foods and beverages that combine familiar flavors with health benefits.

Consumers are increasingly seeking plant-based options that deliver not just protein but also probiotics, healthy fats, and adaptogenic compounds for holistic support.

Strawberry joins Ka’Chava’s existing lineup of chocolate, vanilla, chai, coconut acai, and matcha flavors. The shake is priced at US$69.95 per 930g pack (15 servings) and is available through Ka’Chava’s online store, Amazon, and select US retailers.
