Reliance Consumer Products revenue expected to surge by 2030

Reliance Consumer Products is targeting multi-fold revenue growth by 2030, supported by strong beverage sales, acquisitions, expanding distribution, and global market expansion.

INDIA – Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) is expected to record multi-fold revenue growth by 2030, driven by India’s expanding FMCG market, rising consumer demand, and aggressive expansion across beverages, staples, and personal care categories, according to the latest annual report from Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL).

RCPL crossed the Rs 22,000 crore revenue mark during the 2025-26 financial year, more than doubling its revenue compared to the previous year. The company attributed the strong performance primarily to growth in its staples and beverages segments.

“RCPL will continue its accelerated growth trajectory, with revenues expected to grow multifold by 2030, while aspiring to emerge as one of the leading global branded consumer products companies,” RIL said in its annual report.

The company said India’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is poised for significant expansion over the next five years, supported by favourable macroeconomic and demographic trends.

RCPL has rapidly expanded its portfolio through acquisitions and partnerships, adding brands such as Campa, Sosyo, RasKik, SIL Foods and Velvette. The company said it will continue pursuing strategic acquisitions and partnerships to strengthen its market position.

“It intends to outpace industry growth through accelerated organic expansion, supplemented by targeted strategic partnerships and acquisitions,” the report stated.

RCPL has also expanded internationally through the acquisition of the Goodness Group and global brands including Brylcreem, Toni & Guy, Matey and Badedas, strengthening its presence in overseas markets.

Its flagship beverage brand Campa generated gross sales exceeding Rs 4,700 crore in FY26 and has emerged as India’s fourth-largest carbonated soft drinks brand, achieving double-digit market share in key regions.

Reliance entered the beverage market in 2022 after acquiring Campa Cola and has since expanded nationwide through investments in supply chains, logistics networks and bottling facilities.

The company’s staples brand Independence also reported sales of Rs 2,600 crore and was recognised among India’s Most Trusted Brands of 2026.

“RCPL has become India’s third largest branded water player in March 2026 on the back of Campa Sure and Independence water,” the report said. “The business rapidly scaled up its distribution reach, expanding its outlets to 3 million+ through 5,000+ distributors.”

The report noted that the company’s current revenue mix remains anchored in staples and beverages, while food and home and personal care categories are transitioning into scalable growth platforms.

RCPL currently operates in more than 40 countries through exports and franchise sales, with expansion underway across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Australia, the UK and Europe.

RIL also confirmed that RCPL plans to invest Rs 40,000 crore in food parks across India to strengthen manufacturing capacity and improve operational efficiencies.
