In 2024, WorldFood Istanbul attracted more than 900 hosted buyers visitors from 90 countries, and this year, the number of represented countries is expected to surpass this number.

TÜRKIYE– The 33rd edition of the International Food Products and Processing Technologies Exhibition – WorldFood Istanbul – will once again unite the global food industry at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center from September 2 to 5, 2025.
Organized by ICA Events, the exhibition is set to welcome more than 900 hosted buyers from 100 countries, with over 90% of the exhibition space already sold.
Regarded as the premier international meeting platform for Türkiye’s food sector, WorldFood Istanbul will showcase an extensive range of new products, cutting-edge technologies, and emerging trends.
Exhibitors from across the globe, including the United States, China, India, Italy, Thailand, South Korea, Egypt, Nigeria, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, and Albania, have confirmed their participation, reflecting the event’s strong international appeal.
“WorldFood Istanbul is more than just an exhibition, it is a platform that shapes the global vision of the food industry,” said Exhibition Director Semi Benbanaste.
“The fact that 90% of our booths have already been sold, and that countries across a wide geographical range… have shown strong participation, is the clearest sign of the confidence placed in both Türkiye and the WorldFood Istanbul brand.”
Four days of knowledge and networking
Over its four days, the exhibition will host more than 30 thematic events across four central themes on the FOOD ARENA stage, where over 80 prominent figures from the food industry will share insights on topics such as climate-friendly solutions, AI-driven food innovations, next-generation agriculture, and ethical production.
The program will begin with “The Big Picture: The Awakening of Food and Agriculture” on September 2, followed by “Planet on a Plate: Climate-Friendly Smart Food” on September 3, “The Code of Tomorrow: From Data to Dish” on September 4, and will conclude with “The Entrepreneur’s Kitchen: What Will We Eat Tomorrow?” on September 5.
Diverse Product Range on Display
Visitors can explore a vast array of categories, from meat, poultry, seafood, and dairy products to healthy and organic items, confectionery, oils, frozen goods, food ingredients, and logistics solutions.
The exhibition will also feature cleaning and hygiene products, catering services, and market equipment, underscoring its comprehensive coverage of the food value chain.
