Peregrine Cold Logistics, Sinar Primera form Indonesia joint venture

INDONESIA – Peregrine Cold Logistics has announced its entry into Indonesia through a joint venture with Sinar Primera to acquire an existing facility in Pluit and develop a new greenfield site in Narogong, delivering approximately 35,000 square metres of tier-one cold storage capacity across Greater Jakarta.
The partnership combines the acquisition of an existing Sinar Primera-owned facility in Pluit, which serves customers across northern and western Jakarta, with a new semi-automated greenfield development in Narogong.
Together, the facilities will provide freezer and chiller capacity built to global standards, anchoring a hub-and-spoke model linking Indonesia’s food supply chains.
The move adds to Peregrine’s existing cold chain platform in the Philippines and its integrated network connecting high-growth markets across ASEAN and the GCC.
