Bacardi reshapes its global leadership with new appointments in talent management, supply chain, and regional operations.

BERMUDA – Family-owned spirits producer Bacardi Limited has announced a series of senior leadership changes within its people and supply chain organisations.
Dave Ingram has been appointed Chief People and Business Transformation Officer, overseeing talent management, succession planning, performance, and capability building.
Ingram joined Bacardi in 2022 as Chief Supply Chain Officer and has previously lived and worked in Singapore, Amsterdam, Shanghai, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Bermuda.
He continues to report to Chief Executive Officer Mahesh Madhavan and will be based at Bacardi’s headquarters in Bermuda, subject to immigration approval.
His appointment follows the retirement of Scott Northcutt after 16 years with the company. Northcutt will transition to Senior Vice President of Family Development Programs.
Nicole Zukowski has been promoted to Chief Supply Chain Officer and joins the global leadership team, also reporting to Madhavan. Zukowski previously led Bacardi’s North America supply chain and held senior roles at Nike and L’Oréal.
Guillermo Donayre succeeds Zukowski as Senior Vice President of North America Supply Chain. He will continue to oversee Patrón tequila and agave production in Mexico. Donayre joined Bacardi in 2023 with three decades of operations, logistics and manufacturing experience across Latin America.
Additionally, Pamela Chanona, Vice President of Market Supply Chain Europe, will now also oversee Latin America and the Caribbean.
“These leaders have consistently demonstrated deep expertise, a strong commitment to our values, and the ability to lead at scale,” said Mahesh Madhavan, Bacardi Limited CEO.
Dave Ingram’s appointment is effective immediately, while the appointments of Nicole Zukowski, Guillermo Donayre and Pamela Chanona will take effect on 1 January 2026.
Earlier in 2025, Bacardi appointed Roberto Ramirez Laverde as Global Senior Vice President of Patrón and Agaves, and Diageo veteran Pedro Mendonça as Global Senior Vice President of Bacardí and Rums.
