DP World, Balco sign multi-year logistics deal to boost exports, global competitiveness

AUSTRALIA – DP World and Balco Australia have solidified a multi-year logistics agreement designed to streamline the export of high-quality Australian forage products, strengthening supply chain resilience and global competitiveness.

Under the new agreement, DP World will support the movement of more than 10,000 twenty-foot equivalent units annually via dedicated road transport, equipment management, and integrated logistics services.

The partnership will also include investment in specialized transport assets and dedicated account management to support Balco’s growing export requirements and long-term international development. This collaboration will enhance supply chain resilience by investing in specialized equipment and dedicated management services.

Furthermore, the agreement will strengthen Balco’s global supply chain capability while reinforcing DP World’s long-term commitment to supporting Australia’s agricultural exports and to connecting regional producers with international markets.

This approach streamlines supply chain operations by coordinating road transport, equipment management, and logistics services under a single provider, thereby reducing transit times and improving reliability.
