Keychain already supports leading players across food and beverage supply chains, helping source products including nuts, seeds, dried fruit, deli meats, gelato, bottled water, protein bars, and chocolate.

INDIA – Keychain, a start-up transforming sourcing and manufacturing in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, has raised US$30 million in Series B funding led by Wellington Management, with additional participation from existing investor BoxGroup.
This latest investment brings the company’s total capital raised to US$68 million and strengthens its mission to modernize how brands connect with reliable manufacturing partners.
Central to Keychain’s growth strategy is KeychainOS, its AI-powered platform designed to streamline complex supply chain operations.
The software suite integrates functions such as ingredient purchasing, inventory control, production planning, and food safety compliance into one digital ecosystem.
By replacing traditionally slow, manual matchmaking processes, the platform aims to digitise the process, enabling brands to identify and engage manufacturers in days rather than months, significantly accelerating product development cycles.
CEO Oisin Hanrahan said, “It’s the talent, depth, availability and the speed with which you can access talent [in India] that makes it a compelling destination for product development. If we can take [the manufacturing partner search] from months down to days, we think we can unlock innovation in product development for this whole industry.”

Since its launch in 2023, Keychain has facilitated more than US$1 billion in project submissions, winning praise from global manufacturers such as Rich Products and innovative brands like Aura Bora for improving speed and efficiency in bringing products to market.
With an engineering hub in Gurugram, India, and a growing commercial presence in North America, Keychain plans to deepen its supplier partnerships and expand into European markets.
The company will use the new funding to enhance KeychainOS with advanced supply-chain modules, grow its engineering team, and integrate more AI-driven capabilities to optimize data sharing and logistics.
As food and beverage brands increasingly pursue private-label products and digital sourcing solutions, Keychain is positioned to reshape how companies build and manage their supply networks, helping suppliers secure new opportunities while giving brands faster, more flexible access to manufacturing capacity.
