Löfbergs appoints Henrik Biilmann as Managing Director of Peter Larsen Kaffe 

Löfbergs appoints Henrik Biilmann as Managing Director of Danish roastery Peter Larsen Kaffe, focusing on brand growth and sustainability.

SWEEDEN – Swedish coffee company Löfbergs has announced the appointment of Henrik Biilmann as the new Managing Director for its Danish coffee roastery, Peter Larsen Kaffe. 

Biilmann will take over the role on 1 July 2025, succeeding Claus Bertelsen. 

Henrik Biilmann brings extensive leadership experience from the food industry, having held CEO and senior roles at Delika Food Group, Friland, and Arla Foods.  

He has a strong commercial background with proven expertise in strategy, sales, and brand development. His mission is to further develop Peter Larsen Kaffe as a strong and sustainable coffee brand in Denmark. 

“We are very pleased to welcome Henrik to our group. With his broad experience, strong commercial focus, and deep understanding of the Danish market, he is the right person to take Peter Larsen Kaffe to the next level,” said Anders Fredriksson, CEO of Löfbergs. 

Peter Larsen Kaffe, part of Löfbergs since 2002, is one of Denmark’s best-known coffee brands. Under Claus Bertelsen’s leadership, the company made significant strides in sustainability, innovation, and brand positioning. 

Henrik Biilmann expressed his enthusiasm for the role: “Peter Larsen Kaffe is a respected brand with a strong legacy, and I look forward to working with the team to strengthen our position and grow the business.” 

Founded in 1906, Löfbergs is one of the largest family-owned coffee roasteries in the Nordics, with subsidiaries across several countries including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the UK.
