Luckin Coffee reports major growth milestone as non-coffee beverages surpass RMB 20 billion, supported by rapid global expansion and a store network exceeding 35,000 outlets worldwide.

CHINA – Luckin Coffee has reported that its non-coffee beverage sales have surpassed RMB 20 billion (US$2.95B), as the company expanded its global store network to more than 35,000 outlets, marking a major milestone in its diversification strategy beyond coffee.
The company said the achievement reflects a shift in its revenue structure, driven by strong performance across its broader beverage portfolio and continued physical expansion in domestic and international markets.
“Central to this expansion has been Luckin’s ability to consistently innovate and create products that resonate with consumers,” the company said in a statement.
Among its best-performing products, the Coconut Latte has recorded cumulative sales of more than 2.1 billion cups, while the Orange Americano has surpassed 500 million cups.
The Light Jasmine Milk Tea exceeded 400 million cups in sales, the Little Butter Latte reached nearly 300 million cups, and the Active Apple Kale Tea sold over 100 million cups.
Luckin Coffee said product innovation and category diversification have been key to sustaining growth across multiple beverage segments, including coffee, tea, and fruit-based drinks.
To support this expansion, the company has invested in an integrated supply chain and production infrastructure designed to support large-scale growth and rapid product rollout.
Luckin has expanded its global sourcing network across key origins in Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Yunnan, and Guangxi, securing raw materials such as coffee beans, coconuts, jasmine flowers, and citrus fruits.
The company has also strengthened its manufacturing capabilities through self-operated facilities, including the Green Coffee Bean Processing Plant in Baoshan, Yunnan, as well as roasting centres in Qingdao, Kunshan, Pingnan, and Xiamen.
“These assets create an integrated value chain covering ingredient sourcing, processing, product development and digital distribution,” the company said.
With its expanding footprint, Luckin Coffee now serves a broad range of consumer occasions throughout the day, including work breaks, social gatherings, and leisure consumption moments.
As competition intensifies in China’s ready-to-drink and freshly prepared beverage sector, the industry is increasingly shaped by scale, innovation, and supply chain efficiency.
Luckin said its multi-category strategy continues to support long-term growth as it strengthens its position in the evolving beverage market.
