Perfect Snacks expands mini line with new double chocolate flavor

U.S.A – Perfect Snacks,  a subsidiary of Mondelez International, Inc., and the creator of the Original Refrigerated Protein Bar, has expanded the Mini Perfect Bar line with the launch of Double Chocolate Mini.

The new flavor is made with freshly ground peanut butter, organic honey and real chocolate, packed with 5 grams of protein and more than 20 superfoods.

Double Chocolate Mini bars are USDA Organic, gluten-free and omit artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.

Available in Target, Double Chocolate Mini joins Perfect Bar’s lineup of Minis, including Peanut Butter, PB&J, Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter.

Since they don’t use chemical preservatives or overly processed ingredients, refrigeration is required to maintain the optimal freshness, consistency, shape, and flavor of our products.

The main source of sugar in their products is organic honey. It provides sweetness, works to bind the nut and butter together, and acts as a natural preservative, since no chemical preservatives are used during processing. 

Some products also use maple syrup as a sweetener. Additionally, the chocolate varieties contain fair-trade chocolate chips that provide a small amount of sweetness.
