New Soluna Apple Juice captures the crisp, sweet taste of ANABP 01 apples with no additives.

AUSTRALIA – Soluna has introduced a cold-pressed apple juice made entirely from its ANABP 01 apples, commonly known as Bravo apples in Australia.
The company says this new product offers a clean, rich taste that stays true to the natural flavour of the fruit.
The juice, named Soluna Apple Juice, is made using cold-pressing technology that keeps nutrients intact while bringing out the fruit’s fresh taste.
The product also undergoes High Pressure Processing (HPP), a method that keeps it safe and high quality without using heat. With a shelf life of 90 days, the juice stays fresh longer without the need for preservatives or added sugar.
“Soluna is more than just apple juice – it’s a celebration of Australian innovation and the pure, vibrant flavour of our ANABP 01 apples,” said Sean Engelbrecht, Commercialisation Manager at WA Farm Direct.
“We’ve combined natural quality with modern technology to deliver an apple juice experience unlike any other.”
The new juice captures the sweet and crisp flavour Bravo apples are known for, delivering a product that reflects their quality.
Grown in Western Australia, Bravo apples have a deep burgundy skin and are rich in antioxidants, making them popular both as a snack and as a base for juice.
Soluna Apple Juice is now available in select stores across Australia.
Maintaining natural taste and quality
By using cold-pressing, Soluna avoids heat treatment, which can alter both flavour and nutrients. The HPP technique uses high pressure instead of heat to make the juice safe, which helps keep the taste as close as possible to biting into a fresh apple.
The company sees this as a way to offer a natural product while meeting growing interest in clean-label drinks. With no added sugars, flavours or preservatives, the juice delivers the fruit’s original taste in its purest form.
Alongside the juice launch, WA Farm Direct has also completed its first trial shipment of Bravo apples to Thailand. This marks a new export step and a sign that international demand for the apple variety is growing.
The company hopes to strengthen its presence in overseas markets while continuing to expand the Soluna brand locally. For consumers, this means more chances to enjoy a high-quality juice that reflects the care taken from orchard to bottle.
As Soluna builds on the success of its Bravo apples, the new cold-pressed juice signals a fresh move for the brand, keeping flavour and freshness at the centre of its offering.
