Amiran Kenya opens Naivasha Center of Excellence for farmer training
The Naivasha facility expands Amiran Kenya’s existing network of demonstration and training sites.
KENYA – Amiran Kenya Ltd has opened a new Center of Excellence in Naivasha, to give farmers and Agri-dealers hands-on access to training, demonstrations, quality inputs, and modern production techniques.
The center is part of Balton CP’s network of Centers of Excellence, which bring knowledge, technology, and practical farming together.
According to the company, the Naivasha facility will serve as a practical hub where agricultural workers and vendors can gain hands-on experience with advanced production techniques.
Amiran Kenya said the initiative aims to bridge the gap between modern technology and everyday farming by providing direct access to educational resources and high-quality materials.
Amiran Kenya said placing the facility in one of Kenya’s most important agricultural regions, Naivasha, strengthens the company’s commitment to bringing knowledge closer to farmers and helping build a more productive, sustainable agricultural future.
The location places the facility at the heart of a vital farming district, enabling local growers and Agri-dealers to access training and demonstrations without traveling long distances.
Additionally, the center is expected to reinforce the organization’s commitment to a more resilient and efficient agricultural sector across the region, helping farmers adopt modern production techniques and improve yields.
The Naivasha facility expands Amiran Kenya’s existing network of demonstration and training sites, extending the company’s reach into a region known for flower farming, vegetables, and other high-value crops.
More importantly, Agri-dealers operating in the area are expected to use the center to access quality inputs and technical guidance, thereby broadening the range of products and advice they can offer to farmers.
Amiran Kenya has not disclosed the facility’s investment value or the number of farmers it expects to reach. However, the company said the center will provide hands-on access to quality inputs and modern production techniques, with training and demonstrations at the core of its offering for local growers and Agri-dealers.
