Al Khayyat Investments signs UAE distribution partnership with Aujan Coca-Cola

The partnership expands the reach of Rani, Vimto and Barbican across the UAE through AKI’s nationwide distribution network and multi-channel market capabilities.

UAE – Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) has entered into an exclusive distribution partnership with Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company to manage the distribution and growth of the Rani, Vimto and Barbican beverage brands across the United Arab Emirates.

Under the agreement, AKI will oversee the nationwide distribution of the three brands by leveraging its established route-to-market capabilities across modern trade, traditional trade, supermarkets, self-service outlets, fuel stations, hotels, restaurants, catering (HORECA) channels and e-commerce platforms.

The partnership brings together AKI and Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company, one of the Middle East’s longest-established beverage companies with a 120-year heritage and a strong presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Both companies said they will work together to strengthen distribution, improve trade execution, accelerate e-commerce growth, drive consumer-led innovation and build category leadership across the UAE beverage market.

Commenting on the partnership, Zaid S. Al Khayyat, Managing Director of Al Khayyat Investments, said: “This new partnership represents another step in expanding our collaboration with globally recognised brands, underscoring our commitment to delivering a superior experience to customers and consumers across the UAE. We are delighted to welcome Aujan to the AKI portfolio of partners, and confident in the positive impact our joint efforts will no doubt have on the national food and beverage industry.”

Abdulla Aujan, Chairman of Aujan Group Holding, said the collaboration builds on the company’s long history of developing beverage brands across the region.

“Aujan has spent over a century building brands that are woven into the fabric of everyday life across the Middle East and beyond. Partnering with AKI, a company that shares our unwavering commitment to excellence, consumer desire, customer service, and long-term value creation, marks a defining moment in our UAE journey,” he said.

“The opportunity ahead of us is genuinely exciting; two businesses with complementary strengths, deep regional roots, and aligned ambitions, coming together to unlock growth that neither could achieve alone. Together, we will shape the beverage industry for the next generation.”

AKI said the partnership reflects its continued focus on responsible growth, innovation and strategic collaborations while expanding access to leading beverage brands for consumers across the UAE.
