Products feature naturally hardwood smoked meats with 11 to 13 grams of protein per serving and no artificial preservatives.

USA – Tyson Foods has expanded its packaged meat portfolio with the introduction of a new Hillshire Reserve-branded lunch meat range, targeting consumers seeking premium sliced meat products for everyday meals and entertaining occasions.
The company said the new lineup is designed to serve a variety of eating occasions, including sandwiches, snack platters and charcuterie-style boards, as demand continues to grow for convenient foods made with simpler ingredient lists and premium meat selections.
The Hillshire Reserve range consists of five products, including Applewood Smoked Ham, Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast, Mesquite Smoked Chicken Breast, Herb Smoked Turkey Breast and Smoked Maple Ham, each produced using meats that are naturally smoked over real hardwood.
According to Tyson Foods, the products are made without artificial preservatives and contain all-natural ingredients, providing between 11 and 13 grams of protein per serving and offering consumers another option in the refrigerated deli meat category.
The company said the products can be used in different meal settings, whether layered into sandwiches, served on snack boards, or eaten on their own, reflecting changing consumer preferences for versatile, ready-to-eat foods.
Tyson Foods added that the new product line responds to growing expectations for everyday grocery items that combine convenience with flavour and ingredient transparency while offering multiple options to suit different consumer tastes.
The Hillshire Reserve lunch meat range is now available through selected retailers across the United States, with distribution expected to give shoppers access to the products in participating stores nationwide.
The launch adds another offering to Tyson Foods’ portfolio of consumer brands, which includes Tyson, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park, Wright, State Fair, Aidells and IBP across multiple protein categories.
Founded in 1935 by John W. Tyson, the Arkansas-based food company has remained under family leadership for four generations and continues to operate as one of the world’s largest protein producers.
Tyson Foods, which is headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas, is listed on both the S&P 500 and the Russell 1000 large-cap indices and reported employing approximately 133,000 people worldwide as of September 27, 2025.
The company said its operations continue to focus on supplying protein products to consumers through a broad portfolio of retail and foodservice brands while expanding product offerings in response to evolving market demand.
