Savouron aims to be the partner of choice for brands seeking to co-create the next generation of flavourful, clean-label products.

INDIA – Herbal Isolates, a value-added food ingredients brand and part of the Synthite Group, has announced the launch of its new sub-brand Savouron, dedicated to its expanding range of flavour-enhancing solutions.
The move marks a strategic milestone in the company’s journey to position itself as a forward-looking innovator in the global food ingredient sector.
For decades, Herbal Isolates has been recognized for its pioneering leadership in green pepper products and hydrolysed vegetable proteins (HVPs).
With the introduction of Savouron, the company is consolidating its portfolio of flavour enhancers under a single identity, designed to provide food and beverage manufacturers with a comprehensive suite of solutions that balance indulgence, functionality, and clean-label requirements.
“Consumers today demand more from food. Cleaner labels, bolder flavours, and responsible sourcing. Savouron is our answer to this global shift, enabling brands to create products that are not only delicious but also aligned with evolving consumer expectations,” said Jacob Ninan, Managing Director of Herbal Isolates.
The Savouron portfolio is structured across three core categories. The flavour enhancer range features products such as hydrolysed vegetable protein (HVP), flavoured HVP, CleanSavour™ HVP, yeast extracts, reaction flavours, and soya sauce powder.
The dairy and fat systems line includes cheese powder, curd powder, non-dairy creamer, and fat powder, offering indulgent taste and creamy textures across a wide variety of applications.
Meanwhile, the specialty powders segment introduces caramel powder, vinegar powder, and an expanding selection of spray-dried ingredients that deliver both sensory and functional benefits.
These solutions are designed to help brands across the global food and beverage industry achieve the right balance of taste, transparency, and performance, particularly in categories such as snacks, sauces, ready meals, and plant-based alternatives.
With rising global demand for more convenient, nutritious, and flavour-rich products, the flavour enhancer market is positioned for strong growth.
Savouron strengthens Herbal Isolates’ capabilities to capture this opportunity, drawing on the company’s decades of processing expertise, advanced research and development, and the robust infrastructure of the Synthite Group.
“Our vision with Savouron is simple: to be the partner of choice for brands seeking to co-create the next generation of flavourful, clean-label products,” Ninan added, highlighting that this launch is about the brand’s commitment to reimagining taste, naturally, for the world.
