Trufoods Ltd launches Zesta passion jam
Zesta passion jam is specifically crafted under Trufoods Ltd’s “Exotic Jams” line, capturing a sweet and tangy flavor profile designed to bring a tropical twist to Kenyan breakfast tables.
KENYA – Trufoods Ltd has expanded its range of exotic jam product offering with the launch of Zesta Passion Jam.
According to Trufoods Ltd, the new innovation brings a sweet and tangy premium fruit spread designed to highlight local passion fruit flavours.
Formulated with real fruit ingredients, it contains a dietary makeup consisting primarily of carbohydrates (sugars from fruit and added sweeteners), fruit fibre, and trace essential vitamins like Vitamin C.
Zesta Passion Jam joins the company’s exotic jam collection that includes Raspberry Jam and Berry Jam.
The new offering is available in standard 300g jar collections.
Trufoods Ltd is a household name in Kenya founded in 1928 under the name of “Pure Foods”. In 1958, the company under the leadership of Dr. Jayantilial Nemchand Shah changed its name to TruFoods.
Under stewardship of the Malde family, Tru Foods embarked on a strategic acquisition spree. In 2006, Choco Primo’s delectable drinking chocolate joined the Tru Foods family, followed by Golden Biscuits in 2017.
