Eriez launches SenseGuard™ X-ray Systems to advance food safety, inspection precision

USA – Eriez® has unveiled its new SenseGuard™ X-ray Inspection Systems, designed to set a new benchmark in precision product inspection, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Engineered to detect a broad range of contaminants while ensuring operational efficiency, the SenseGuard line represents a significant advancement in Eriez’s portfolio of inspection technologies for the global food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
The SenseGuard systems integrate high-definition imaging with AI-enhanced analytical capabilities, enabling the detection of both metallic and non-metallic contaminants such as glass, stone, bone, and dense plastics.
Beyond contamination detection, the systems can verify critical parameters, including fill levels, seal integrity, and the presence of missing components, thereby reducing product recalls and improving overall brand protection.
The range is available in four specialized series, each designed to tackle specific inspection challenges within manufacturing environments.
The XRP Series is optimized for packaged goods, while the XRB Series focuses on raw, unpackaged bulk materials.
The XRS Series supports upright containers, such as bottles and cans, while the XRL Series is specifically designed for liquid and semi-solid products conveyed through pipelines.
Every model is built from rugged stainless steel, boasts an IP65 washdown rating, and includes built-in rejection mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure hygiene compliance during production.
