By expanding its production facilities and collaborating with growers worldwide, the company has broadened its market presence, SanLucar said.

GERMANY – SanLucar, the fruit and vegetable brand, has surpassed the one-billion-euro revenue mark for the first time, recording revenues of €1.066 billion (US$1.19 billion) in the 2025 financial year, according to audited consolidated financial statements.
Reaching the billion-euro mark aligns with the company’s growth strategy, with SanLucar expanding its business and more than doubling its pre-tax profit in recent years, the company said.
It continues to invest in its own production, grower partnerships, internationalization, new facilities and processes, and young talent.
“The one-billion-euro mark is, of course, an important milestone for us. What matters even more is what it represents: proof that our business model works and that we have, with our unique strategy, the right answer in our sector for growers, retailers, partners and consumers,” said Armin Rehberg, CEO of SanLucar.
Rehberg said the company has consistently invested in its brand, production, and international expansion, adding that sustainable growth and reliability come not from short-term decisions but from the right partners, strategy, and consistent execution. He noted that the company is also growing in its traditional markets of Germany and Austria.
Moreover, a key driver of this development is SanLucar’s international footprint. By expanding its production facilities and collaborating with growers worldwide, the company has broadened its market presence, SanLucar said.
Most of the company’s revenue now comes from fruit and vegetables sourced from its own production, giving it flexibility to respond to changing market conditions while providing reliability for customers.
“Our business is far more international and diversified today than it was just a few years ago,” Rehberg said. “At the same time, we still see significant potential ahead. Reaching the one-billion-euro mark is not the finish line for us, but rather the foundation for the next stage of our development.”
The company views the record-breaking revenue not as a destination but as a solid foundation for sustainable future growth, with continued investment planned across production, partnerships and international operations.
Lastly, SanLucar’s growth reflects broader trends in the fresh produce sector, where vertically integrated brands are expanding their global reach through direct production and strategic grower alliances, positioning themselves to capture value across the supply chain while maintaining reliability for retail partners and consumers.
