Thomas Conquet takes charge of Nestlé’s UK waters and premium beverages portfolio as the company expands premium brands and launches new Maggi Ramen products.

UK – Nestlé has appointed Thomas Conquet as Managing Director of its Waters and Premium Beverages business in the UK, succeeding Stefano Bolognese, who left the company in April 2026 after 26 years.
Conquet joins the UK business from Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages USA, where he was Senior Director of Brand Marketing. He joined Nestlé in 2008 and has held roles across brands including Perrier, S.Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Nestlé Pure Life and Maggi.
During his time in the US, Conquet helped build and scale Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, supporting premium brand growth and consumer-focused initiatives.
In his new role, he will lead the UK team and oversee a portfolio that includes S.Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Buxton, Princes Gate and Nestlé Pure Life. The business is also expanding its premium beverages offering, with recent UK launches including Inspired by Buxton Peak and Maison Perrier.
Speaking about his appointment, Conquet said: “I’m excited to be joining the team at such a pivotal time. The business has strong momentum and an exceptional portfolio of brands.”
“I look forward to building on this success and deliver even more value for our customers and consumers,” he added.
Conquet will work with the wider leadership team to advance the business’s strategic priorities, strengthen its portfolio and deliver value, quality and consumer experiences.
Meanwhile, Nestlé’s Maggi brand has expanded its instant noodle portfolio in the UK with the launch of Maggi Ramen, a range inspired by Asian flavours and designed to be prepared in three minutes.
The new range is available in three flavours: Tom Yum with Chilli, Beef and Lemongrass, and Soya Chicken with Mushrooms. According to Nestlé, the products combine springy noodles with rich broths inspired by Asian cuisine.
The launch builds on Maggi’s instant noodle portfolio and more than 50 years of noodle-making experience. The company said Maggi Ramen can be eaten on its own or customised with protein and vegetables.
Each 90g serving is low in saturated fat and non-HFSS, according to Nestlé.
